If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or carrying more than you can hold - you don’t have to do it alone.

You might look like you have it together, while inside feeling anxious, tired, or disconnected. Reaching out for support can feel hard, even when you know you need it.

Part of you may be longing to feel more grounded, more steady, and more like yourself again - a sense of coming home to who you are.

There Is Nothing To Fix

If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected, it can start to feel like something is wrong with you.

There isn’t.

Many of the people I work with have spent years in therapy—understanding their patterns, but still not feeling the shift they’re looking for.

That’s because insight alone isn’t always enough.

Real change often happens when we include the body and nervous system—where so much of our experience lives. This is where new patterns can begin to take hold.

Somatic Psychotherapy for Trauma, Chronic Illness, Grief and Life Transitions

You don’t have to hold all of this alone.

If something in you feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself - you’re not alone.

I’m Abri Bernstein, a somatic psychotherapist based in New York. I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
