What is your fee?

50-minute sessions are $200. This is the standard time frame unless otherwise recommended or requested.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance; however, I do offer superbills that you can provide to your insurance company, which may reimburse you for out-of-network costs.

Do you offer sliding scale?

I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial constraints. If cost feels like a barrier to getting the support you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out; we can talk together about what might feel possible.

What age clients do you see?

I work with adults (ages 18+) in individual, couples, and group therapy.
